OVERVIEW

In the Group’s drive towards enhanced productivity, cost efficiencies
and timely delivery, further efforts were made to streamline and

improve MSM’s Supply Chain processes in FY2021. These included
the establishment of on-site supply chain planning teams; reassigning
supply for East Malaysia volume to MSM Johor; streamlining

logistics from source points for efficient cost to serve; and product
rationalisation to enhance supply efficiency.
