MSM’s Group Sustainability Policy ensures that MSM integrates holistic sustainability

approaches in its business strategies and decision making as recommended in the

Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2021 (MCCG 2021), and in compliance with
Bursa’s provisions relating to sustainability disclosures and reporting.
