REPORT

The Directors are pleased to submit the annual report to the members together with the audited financial statements of the Group
and of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2021.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are set out in Note 20 to the
financial statements.
There has been no significant change in the nature of these activities of the Group and of the Company during the financial year.

DIVIDENDS
On 10 March 2022, the Board of Directors agreed to declare the payment of a final single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary
share amounting to RM21.09 million, which is not taxable in the hands of the shareholders pursuant to paragraph 12B of
Schedule 6 of the Income Tax Act, 1967.

RESERVES AND PROVISIONS
All material transfers to and from reserves or provisions during the financial year are disclosed in the financial statements.
