It is everyone’s role and duty not to deprive potential benefits
to the Group and staff through misconduct on business
ethics. We are proud to announce 100% signing of the
Integrity Pledge following a successful Group-wide
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) campaign initiated
by MSM’s Corporate Governance and Risk Management
(CGRM) Department.
During the year, we conducted three Disciplinary
Inquiries (DI) as a result of consequence management of
misconducts reported. These steps will ensure greater
corporate and financial outcomes, and such positive outcomes
will eventually translate into key benefits to shareholders and
employees alike.
